Karin Põldaas is a seasoned communications strategist with deep expertise in media relations and executive communications. With a foundation in journalism and a master's degree in political communications from the London School of Economics, she brings analytical rigor and storytelling finesse to every initiative.

Karin has advised senior leaders through high-stakes media moments, built media relations programs from the ground up and developed proactive strategies that shape public perception. Her work spans sectors including finance, energy, government and non-profits — always with a focus on clarity, credibility and impact.

Her work has earned national recognition, including an IABC Gold Quill Award. Whether crafting narratives, coaching spokespeople, or leading cross-functional initiatives, Karin is a trusted voice in moments that matter.

Chinta Puxley is an award-winning journalist and senior communications strategist with over 25 years of experience in media and public relations. Her journalism career spans major Canadian newsrooms — The Ottawa Sun, The Hamilton Spectator and The Canadian Press, where she served as Queen's Park correspondent and later as Manitoba correspondent.

She led coverage of public policy and Indigenous issues throughout her career, earning a Governor General's Michener Award nomination for public service journalism for her reporting on Shoal Lake 40 First Nation. As Prairie News Editor for The Canadian Press, she oversaw media coverage across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, including national award-winning reporting on the Humboldt Broncos bus crash.

In communications, Chinta has spent almost a decade shaping all facets of external relations for organizations like ATB Financial, ENMAX and Servus Credit Union — work recognized by the International Association of Business Communicators. She holds a double major in History and Journalism from Carleton University and a master's degree from the University of Oxford.
